If you’ve been telling yourself “I need to start… but I’m not ready yet,” here' your sign. Monkey Barre Fitness is not your typical workout—and it’s definitely not a gentle, slow-paced barre class.
This is a barre-inspired outdoor strength bootcamp designed specifically for getting unstuck & attacking low-energy.
We're using stationary and circuit style exercises on mobile floor bars, parallettes, and a custom portable barre setup, these outdoor workouts combine bodyweight strength training, functional movement, and low-impact intensity to help you safely rebuild muscle, improve balance, and regain confidence in your body.
Some of us were once athletic and outgoing—then life changed.
We built families, went through surgeries, or hit seasons where we felt stuck. Now we need low- to no-impact fitness that still feels fun & challenging.
Monkey Barre Fitness is for you if:

Hi there! I'm Teresa Ornellas, and as the founder of Monkey Barre Fitness and mom of 3, I know what it’s like to go from strong and active to navigating life changes, setbacks, and starting over... and I’m not here to let you stay stuck there.
With my background in fitness, coaching, and real-life experience, I created this program to help women rebuild strength, energy, and confidence.
My hope is that with a little fun and a little tough love along the way, we’re going to laugh, we’re going to work hard against gravity, and you’re going to surprise yourself a lot.
